Projects Prior to Cooper Union
The CogTool Project was started at Carnegie Mellon in 2003 and continued to be active there until 2012. The information was moved elsewhere at that time, as folllows.
- The WayBack Machine has the CMU CogTool Website at http://web.archive.org/web/20140209121153/http://cogtool.hcii.cs.cmu.edu/
- There is a Wordpress blog, cogtool.com, that I hope to be able to populate (but is pretty sparse as of Dec 2014)
- The CogTool source code and various documentation and training materials are hosted on GitHub at on the cogtool project pages.
- If you simply want to use CogTool, go the CogTool release page and download the software either for PC or Mac and the User Guide. Make sure you scroll down and select the “latest release”, not a pre-release if you want the most stable version.
The Usability and Software Architecture Project still has its page at Carnegie Mellon.
